REMEMBER!! It Is Vitally Important For You To Do Absolutely Nothing

In all seriousness, the human body really is designed to need periods of no activity. If you ever hit a period where you are just a lump that can’t get up or get anything done, that is absolutely fine. No guilt, that is your body telling you to stop and be still.

We aren’t small organisms. Our metabolic and rest needs are complicated and also different from person to person. Humans need to stop moralizing ‘laziness’ and instead embrace when our bodies signal the need for rest.

So go! Boldly go and do nothing! You are a credit to your species!
